The app estimates whether it's a comfortable time for a walk by combining live weather data (temperature, "feels-like", wind, and rain) from several independent weather providers. All verdicts — "Go now", "OK", "Wait", "Stay in", and any danger warnings — are informational estimates only.
Weather data comes from third parties and is provided "as is". We do not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any forecast, and different sources may disagree. The app may be unavailable, delayed, or wrong at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its data — including decisions to go outside or stay in. You use the app entirely at your own risk.
Please use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes and don't attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer for abuse, or misuse the underlying free data services. The app relies on free third-party services that have their own rate limits and usage policies; excessive automated use may break the app for everyone.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
