What it is
BreezeFinder tells you whether it's a comfortable time to walk, using live weather cross-checked across several national weather services. Free, no ads, no account.
Your privacy
No sign-in, no tracking, no analytics. BreezeFinder has no servers of its own, so your location is never stored by us. Your recent places and settings stay on your device only. When you check a spot, its approximate coordinates are sent to the weather and map providers below so they can return data for that point — that's the only place your location goes.
Where the data comes from
Weather: Open-Meteo (CC-BY 4.0), MET Norway, and national models from NOAA (US), ECMWF, DWD (Germany), Environment Canada, the UK Met Office and JMA (Japan).

How the rating is decided
Ratings are computed from the live "feels-like" temperature and wind for the spot you pick — not opinion. Heat levels follow the
NWS Heat Index bands (Caution 80°F, Extreme Caution 90°F, Danger 103°F) and cold follows NWS wind-chill guidance; wind is described by the
NOAA Beaufort scale. Tap
"Why this rating?" on any spot to see the exact numbers and which band each falls in.
